Onezeero are partnered with a global legal firm who have a requirement for a Service Desk Analyst to be based out of their City Centre offices. You'll be joining a team of 8 service desk analysts providing first class system and application support to the firm's 1500 users.
Required Key Skills:
- Microsoft Applications
- Skype for Business
- Remote Support
- Bespoke Software Support
- Mobile Device Support
- Previous experience within legal/professional services or within a MSP to these sectors is highly desirable
