Service Desk Analyst
Onezeero are partnered with a global business, based in Wigan, who are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support a UK user base, ensuring day-to-day IT operations run efficiently. A clear training scheme will be provided to ensure you progress your skillset and become a well-rounded Service Desk Analyst as quickly as possible.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer focussed environment
- Ability to prioritise technical issues
- Working knowledge of Windows
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
