The company is based in Manchester and in January will be moving to an easily commutable area in Salford, next to the Salford Central Train Station. They are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their ever growing team who are aiming to be 100% digital by 2020.

You will:

Provide application support to the agreed SLA's leveraging the support resources internally and with 3rd party vendors and suppliers.

Act as SME to provide L2/L3 break fix support for core apps

Proactive monitoring of the platform and creating proposals to ensure application performance is maintained.

Work across the teams, peers and vendors to help continue the development of a Continuous Improvement ethos.

Ensure application documentation is maintained and stored in central repository.

Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and ability to interrogate code and configs to fix issues
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of either python, .Net or JAVA
  • Clear and concise communication skills
