Your main reponsibilities will inculde:
Supporting development of operational cyber resilience culture and awareness strategy;
Coordinate the delivery of continual security education for all employees and contractors; Provide targeted role based security and business continuity training for selected business functions or employee groups;
Create and deliver original education and awareness content leveraging support from a combination of internal expertise and third parties;
Engage with support functions and brands, third parties and high risk individuals to raise cyber security awareness and ensure understanding of security threats;
Collaborate with the Security Senior Management Team to advise current and emerging threats that can be incorporated for future security education and awareness initiatives;
Maintain relevant stakeholder connections and build relationship Education & Awareness peers across the global network including Data Privacy, Data Governance and Ethics & Compliance.

Experience in leading security training and awareness programmes within a large organisation
Ability and confidence to deliver content directly to the business both in-person and online using collaborative tools such as Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
Strong personal training and development experience with the ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical audiences
Ability to think strategically and deliver operationally across the organisation
Understanding of information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
General awareness of data protection and employment legislation and regulation preferable
Demonstrable interest in information security and the risk, threats and vulnerabilities
Proven ability to work in collaborative environment
Experience of working with a high degree of autonomy, managing own and others' workload, and delivering to tight timescales
Security qualifications desirable (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC)
