They are looking to appoint a Salesforce Configurator on a permanent basis.

This role offers an amazing Greenfield implementation experience in an exciting digital transformation environment and fantastic learning opportunities on a leading edge CRM.

Role Overview

My client have recently implemented a new CRM (using Salesforce) that focuses on Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Generation and Marketing Automation.

The new CRM is being set up to gain 2 primary benefits:

To allow for more time spent on the core elements of their jobs;

To allow their teams, their managers and the company's senior leadership team to better understand the current status and performance through improved reporting and forecasting.


Enforcing the governance of Salesforce solutions, including code reviews and ensuring best practices are always adhered to

Delivering and designing solutions to support the business using the platform features including configuration and some basic development

Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to translate requirements into application and operational deliverables and explaining detailed technical concepts at a high level

Working with business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs

Research business requirements and collaborate with other developers to estimate level of effort

Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions

Implement/ integrate/ help manage third party applications

Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements and assisting with SFDC report and dashboard creation


  • Technical Salesforce experience
  • Administrator certification
  • Developer certification is preferred
  • Problem solving skills, data and software applications
