Technology Support - Asset Management Assistant

One of the world's largest media Groups in Central London is looking to appoint an individual with exception customer service skills, who is also 'tech-savvy', to work in the capacity of a Technology Asset Management Assistant.

As the Technology Asset Management Assistant, this role will be dedicated to providing end user support from level 1-3, supporting all hardware directly touched by the employees (desktops, laptops, mobiles etc) and local applications (Office Suite, Acrobat Suite etc.), including system deployments.

This will work in a very busy media environment, and the role will involve dealing with employees at all level up to 'C - level' executives.

The main responsibilities of the Asset Management Assistant will include:

• Basic configuration of mobile devises
• Stock control
• Performing visual audits
• Updating asset ownerships
• Setting up mobile phones, and helping with phone issues
• Helping with the Asset Management incident/request que
• Dealing with customers (the employees) very efficiently and concisely

They are therefore looking for an individual with the following skillset:

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Highly methodical
• Highly organised and efficient
• Ability to stay very calm under pressure
• Fantastic problem-solver
