A Senior Service Desk Analyst is required to join a leading international business as they expand rapidly into Manchester. You'll be joining a new specialised support centre, operating globally. As the Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be supporting the latest technologies within a customer centric environment, with leadership of Service Desk Analysts within your team

About the role:
As the Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be imitating the procedure for handling detected incidents, assisting in the investigation of problems and other requests for support. You will be monitoring systems, identifying performance trends and taking corrective action.
As the Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be supporting all channels of engagement from phone and chat, through to virtual agent and email. In addition to this, you will also be involved in the following:
- Escalations of major incidents to team leads and the Service Desk Manager
- Providing advice and support to users on systems, products and services
- Supporting the Kuala Lumpur and Manchester Service Desk Managers, helping to champion ITIL best practices
As the Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will have prior experience working within a busy Service Desk environment. You will have a good understanding of ITIL processes and will have built your career around supporting Windows and Mac platforms. As the Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will have exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills too!
- Microsoft Windows server and Desktop - 2012R2 / 2016, Windows 8.1/10
- Mac OS, NoMad (desirable)
- Exposure to SCCM administration
- TCP/IP and general WAN/LAN
- AD, DNS, DHCP
