Service Desk Administrator - £170 per day
My client are a well-known financial services organisation based in Brighton who are looking to hire a service desk engineer on a fixed term contract to join team.
The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for their clients to support their business needs and log everything correctly on their ticketing systems.
You will need to have a proven track record for fixing faults first time and if this is not achievable you must be able to escalate the issue correctly to the 2nd / 3rd line teams.
- Windows 2007, 2008 & 2010 knowledge
- Apple Operating System
- Basic WAN networking understanding
- Experience using a ticketing system
- Working to SLA's
Nice to have:
- 2nd Line Experience
- Microsoft certification
