Senior Change Manager
An international, FTSE 100 business is building a global change practice to provide internal change management expertise.
Successful Senior Change Managers will have significant experience working within consulting, preferably one of the Big 4, and have extensive experience of very large complex multi-site change programmes.
Experience of the following is mandatory:
- Organisational design
- Change Value realisation
- Communication planning
- Change methodology and planning
- Senior stakeholder (CXO level) engagement
The successful Senior Change Consultant will be responsible for the change elements of large, global programmes that sit across the whole group, with a direct impact at an enterprise level.
The Change Management practice is approximately 1 year, which gives significant scope to direct future growth and influence the business at the most senior levels. The successful Senior Change Manager will be expected to have experience of and feel comfortable with selling complex solutions to stakeholders up to and including CXO level.
Please note this role has global reach and will involve 30% travel, primarily within EU.
