IT Support Engineer - £33.000 - Windows - Managed Service
My client are a well-established IT services organisation who are well known for providing a number of solutions for their growing client base across the country. They offer solutions in, infrastructure, cloud, security, network and 1st / 2nd line.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide great customer service even if you are dealing with a tricky customer
- Be able to prioritise tickets and work to SLA's
- Provide technical support and project assistance for their client
- Provide technical advice to more junior members of staff
- Microsoft applications
- MS Office
- Windows 7 & Windows 10
- MS Azure - knowledge/experience
- Office 365
- Basic network understanding
