Service Desk Analyst - £33,000 - Insurance

My client are a global insurance company with an expert team of experienced underwriters. They are looking to grow their IT Support team by hiring an experience Service Desk Analyst with Insurance experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will need to deliver an exceptional 1st and 2nd line support via the service desk.
  • Work in a SLA / Fast paced environment
  • Work closely with other service desk analyst, infrastructure engineers, application support teams to ensure the highest level of service is being provided
  • Log all calls and activities on call logging systems

Technical skills:

  • Must of worked in an ITIL environment
  • Basic Networking understanding (WAN/LAN, TCPIP, DNS and DHCP)
  • Active Directory
  • SCCM
  • ITIL v3
  • Windows 7 & 10
  • Must have experience with insurance systems such as (Xchangin, Xuber, Brokasure)
