Service Desk Analyst - £33,000 - Insurance
My client are a global insurance company with an expert team of experienced underwriters. They are looking to grow their IT Support team by hiring an experience Service Desk Analyst with Insurance experience.
- You will need to deliver an exceptional 1st and 2nd line support via the service desk.
- Work in a SLA / Fast paced environment
- Work closely with other service desk analyst, infrastructure engineers, application support teams to ensure the highest level of service is being provided
- Log all calls and activities on call logging systems
- Must of worked in an ITIL environment
- Basic Networking understanding (WAN/LAN, TCPIP, DNS and DHCP)
- Active Directory
- ITIL v3
- Windows 7 & 10
- Must have experience with insurance systems such as (Xchangin, Xuber, Brokasure)
