3rd Line Engineer - End User - EUC - Citrix
My client are a leading managed service provider in Peterborough who are adding engineers to a number of their teams at the moment.
You will be responsible for responding to BAU 3rd Line incidents and logging these on an incident management system to insure SLA's are met. You will need to provide remote support as part of the 24x7 out of hour's rota.
Key responsibilities:* Respond to customers either by phone, electronically OR face to face.* Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop Support experience* Hypervisor (XenServer, ESX and/or Hyper-V) experience * Knowledge of EUC tech, AppSense, VMware Horizon, RES* Remote access experience, either NetScaler / RDS Web
