My client is a managed service company based in central London. They have won numerous awards across the board for their business. Supporting users to a consistently high standard and building and running technology with or for internal or external partners.
My client are currently looking to hire an Onsite Support Engineer to be part of a team that manages the life-cycle of service incidents, service requests and change requests within an onsite capacity, and to deliver all the elements of a high-quality service.
Key responsibilities You will work as a key member of the infrastructure & support team providing technical support for multi-function devices, telephony equipment and other IT equipmentTo administer and maintain customers AD, User accounts & Group PolicyTo have a broad and strong technical understanding of the Microsoft Technology Stack; Office 365, AD, Windows Serve, EMS, Desktop OS
Key SkillsMicrosoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016Exchange Server 2010, 2013, 2016Office 365Networking understanding Palo Alto and Cisco 2nd Line Experience Client facing experience
