We have a new vacancy for a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join a dynamic global brand based in Manchester city centre, you'll be based from the UK head office tasked with supporting the desktop estate across HQ and the UK.
You will be joining as a member of the Servicedesk team who are tasked to ensure that the business's technical issues are resolved with as little disruption to daily function as possible. Within this environment you'll get the chance to take ownership of your work, streamlining processes to maintain efficiency.
With a new structure in place and growth planned there will be many opportunities for progression. You'll get a personalised training plan which will allow you to develop within the organisation.
To make a successful candidate we are looking for individuals who have experience with the most of the following:
- Experience within a Servicedesk environment
- Windows OS Support
- Microsoft Office Product Support
- Hardware Support
