I am working with a well-respected nationwide manage service provider who are looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join one of their key clients support teams. Their client are one of the most well-established brands in the world!! Based in central London.

  • Windows Server 2008 - 2012 R2
  • Office 365
  • 1st and 2nd line trouble shooting
  • User facing support
  • Active Directory
  • Windows 7 and 10
  • MAC and Windows Support

Good qualifications to have:

  • ITIL qualified
  • Microsoft and/or Mac qualification
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Server +
  • CompTIA Network +
