We have a live vacancy for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join a rapidly expanding managed services provider in the heart of Manchester City Centre. This position is to join the fast-paced support team in one of their 1st line pods.

Your job remit will require you to provide 1st line support to a variety of customers, ensuring the rapid resolution of their support tickets coming into the helpdesk. Putting the customers first you'll be expected to provide exceptional customer service.

In this role you'll be challenged daily to ensure you can expand your knowledge, combined with a clear progression path through the business and achievement based targets, this means that you can positively progress within the business.

The successful 1st Line Support Analyst will have experience in most of the following areas:

  • Windows Server (2008 - 2019)
  • Windows Operating System (up to 10)
  • Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 maintenance & administration
  • Basic understanding of Networking (DNS/DHCP) Feel free to reach out with any questions.
