Onezeero have partnered with a leading ecommerce organisation in Manchester City Centre who are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to assist in their cloud migration to AWS.

The organisation itself are currently investing heavily into their new cloud platform and data science function, with data being at the forefront of overall business strategy. As a result any future employee will receive intense training with the latest cloud technologies, with the organisation open with the direction you wish to take.

The role itself is primarily looking for a SQL DBA, who has had exposure to working with AWS. You will have strong T-SQL skills and have experience working ideally on SQL Server 2014+, providing operational support and performance tuning. Given the cloud migration, the organisation are keen to add anyone who has had experience in a project based environment with AWS or linked technologies, in particular someone who has an interest in FoundationDB or Cassandra. Training in those areas will be offered, with an option to go the company's US office to learn.

Salary on this role is up to £55k, however depends on the experience. There are also additional benefits on offer such as wellness cover, as well as company sponsored events and a good pension contribution.
