Onezeero are working in partnership with a rapidly expanding Managed Services Provider, my client are in a successful period of growth which has created new positions of management.
My client, based just North East of City Centre Leeds are looking for an ambitious Service Delivery Manager who is looking to progress within their career. This position is mainly a "hands-off" role that will have you focussing on the guidance of the support function and staff, however you may be required to act as an escalation point from time to time.
You'll have the responsibility to ensure the smooth delivery of the existing support desk, whilst identifying areas for continual improvement across all areas of support and service delivery. You'll get the freedom to design and implement strategic roadmaps for IT management and delivery.
In the successful Service Delivery Manager, we are looking for a blend of the following experience:
- Existing management of service desk staff, including technical mentorship
- Knowledge and understanding of Windows Server admin & deployment
- Proficiency in managing and supporting additional Microsoft tech (Office 365)
- Excellent communication, with the ability to motive and mentor junior staff
- Analyse existing working procedure and apply continuous improvements
