I am representing an award winning IT Support managed Services Company based in the heart of Oxford, they are a well-established IT services company, providing an outstanding service to a growing number of clients throughout the UK.
You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently handling service requests, service request escalations, problems, projects, and on-site visits within the individuals' skill set.
Key responsibilities.- Microsoft Windows all platforms- MS Office applications - Office 365- Exchange- Basic network understanding
