One of Europe's biggest online premium beauty retailers we are exclusively partnered with is hiring a thriving CRM Loyalty Manager to join their exciting team!
The CRM Loyalty manager will be accountable for collaborating with the Head of CRM to implement end to end CRM strategy, increase customer loyalty and lifetime significance.
You will have a broad understanding of eCRM strategies, loyalty, customer life-cycle marketing and eCommerce. You will also own the design, delivery and optimisation of multi-lingual life-cycle programmes to create customer segmentation as well as prepare weekly/monthly reports to monitor this.
- Responsible for ongoing customer insights on CLTV to retain and acquire new, existing and previous customers
- Implement target strategy for top tier segments to drive retention
- Become an expert with Google Analytics and Ometria to understand customer behaviour, create customer segments and implement targeted marketing campaigns as well as utilise them to prepare monthly/weekly CRM reports
- Work with the internal Tech team to coordinate work requests (development requests/troubleshoot issues)
- Become an expert of the ESP tool
- Experience working in a comparable role with an eCommerce business (Beauty or Fashion sector preferred)
- Degree level or equivalent educated
- Tech experience with ESP/3rd party CRM platform suppliers
- Multivariate testing and A/B knowledge for email marketing
- Data Protection / Legislation knowledge
- Basic HTML expertise
