Our client, a successful global consultancy, needs an IT Support Technician / 1st 2nd Line Support engineer to work on site with one of their key clients.
Your role will include:* 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting on a fast-paced service desk* Following escalation procedures to efficiently provide solutions* Prioritising incidents based on their business impact
Required Skills:* Experience in helpdesk support* Microsoft Windows 10 Certification - MCSA, MCP, MCSE, COMPTIA* Windows 7 / 10* Active Directory* SCCMExperience using VMWare, App V and ITIL processes is beneficial.
