Our client, a prestigious insurance firm, are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to come in and join their current team in their Central London Office
Your role will include:* Being based on a fast-paced service desk to provide support* Prioritising tickets depending on importance* Working with urgency on important tickets* Working towards IT Support frameworks such as ITIL* Using call logging systems such as TouchPaper and ITBM
Essential Skills and Experience:* Windows 7 & 10* Windows Server 2008 - 2012* Basic network understanding* Active Directory* Citrix* Exchange
You will have a few years of experience under your belt and be very confident in your own ability.
