1st Line Support Engineer - Out of Hours - Up to £30k
Our client, a global procurement consultancy, are looking for an Out of Hours IT Support Technician to come and join their IT Team. They are offering hours 2pm-10pm and the possibility of 100% remote working.
The role includes:* Monitoring Windows applications and servers* Working in an ISO 27001 environment* Prioritising tickets depending on importance
You will need to have:* Experience working in a 1st Line Support role previously* Experience providing support in a Windows environment* Great understanding of all Microsoft Stack* Outlook, Active Directory (Group Policy), Office 365
Desirable attributes:* Azure* Skype for Business* University degree
