Desktop Support Engineer - £40k - NW London
Our client, a global business based in Ruislip are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to come in and take sole responsibility for providing 2nd Line support across their whole office.
Key responsibilities:* 60% maintenance support, 40% backlog support (dealing with ticket queue)* Working across all teams in the office, around 70 end users* Dealing with escalations from 1st line and mentoring them when required* Providing support on internal systems, applications and tools
Essential Skills:* Windows 10* Microsoft Stack including Office 365* SCCM* Ticketing System* Experience providing end user support
