2nd Line Engineer - St Albans - £30k
Our client, a well-established MSP in Hertfordshire, are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to come in and join their team on a permanent basis. Recently they have picked up a few new clients so it's a great time to join the business.
You will initially be based on the Service Desk in their offices to provide remote support to Windows Environment. Eventually, you will work towards going out to client site on an ad-hoc basis, depending on client demand.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Windows 7 & 10
- Windows Server 2008 onwards
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Basic Networking knowledge
Coming from a client-facing / Managed Service background is beneficial.
