This successful Managed Service Provider within the finance industry need an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer / helpdesk support analyst to come and join them on their Service Desk at their London office.
Key responsibilities:* Providing 1st line support based on a fast-paced service desk* Being the first point of call for client contact* Ensuring user satisfaction / managing their expectations* Understanding when to escalate tickets to 2nd line
Essential Skills:* Windows 7 and Windows 10* Windows Server 2008 - 2012* Microsoft Exchange* Active Directory
