1st Line Support Engineer - City of London - £22-28k + Bens

This successful Managed Service Provider within the finance industry need an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer / helpdesk support analyst to come and join them on their Service Desk at their London office.

Key responsibilities:* Providing 1st line support based on a fast-paced service desk* Being the first point of call for client contact* Ensuring user satisfaction / managing their expectations* Understanding when to escalate tickets to 2nd line

Essential Skills:* Windows 7 and Windows 10* Windows Server 2008 - 2012* Microsoft Exchange* Active Directory

They also use Office 365 and VMWare so exposure to these would be beneficial.

Ideally, they're looking for someone who is keen on career development and is eager to learn about new tech, possibly with some extra certifications already under their belt. They provide extensive internal and external training and are always keen to promote their employees.
