We are thrilled to be exclusively partnered with one of the most socially led and digitally driven international Luxury Beauty & Skin care brands who are seeking a Global Digital Marketing Manager to join their exciting Digital team!

As the Global Digital Marketing Manager you will have full autonomy in driving acquisition and retention growth across the company, with the opportunity to utilise the full mix of online channels to ultimately deliver successful strategy and promote brand growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition and retention growth throughout multiple products in line with budgets and ROI targets
  • Full accountability over the media calendar to drive integration across paid media and owned properties
  • Mentor and develop a team of 3
  • Determine global budgets across all performance channels (Paid Search, Paid Social and Display, Affiliates, CRM) and forecast the business contribution of each.
  • Manage PPC and digital activity across all markets (EU, UK, NA, APAC), including strategy, planning, tracking, reporting, analysis and optimisation to ensure delivery against specific KPI's.
  • Define search KPI's to impact business growth via search
  • Implement tests, collect and analyse data to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Lead on landing page strategy, customer life-cycles, segmentation and performance tracking to increase conversion
  • Have a keen eye for industry trends/system developments and implement!
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation of dynamic search, remarketing and core campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Social media manager to produce effective, targeted paid advertising campaigns across social channels
  • Report performance details weekly to business stakeholders
  • On-page Optimisation and content creation and refinement

Required:

  • University degree level
  • Experience working with large cross-functional teams (e.g product, marketing, PR, social) and external partners, including creative agencies and production
  • Proven track record in delivering creative and innovative media strategy, ideas and execution
  • Strategic thinker
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator and maintain a collaborative approach!
  • A true team player and natural leader
  • E-Commerce experience in FMCG/Retail (Beauty a plus)
