An award winning open source Ecommerce Solutions & Digital Media provider in Leeds are recruiting for a Lead Back End PHP Developer to take over from their current one opening up a new site in Chicago on top of their worldwide offices in Dubai & India.

You will take an active role leading their PHP (laravel) & Magento 2 environment in an experienced team of 15 who are planning on recruiting 5 - 10 more developers by the end of the year. To be successful in this role you will process driven with a clear focus on automation. They are looking for someone who can make their own mark on the company and shape their future technical operations by identify problems and designing solutions to improve their processes.

Skill set;

- Minimum of 5 years PHP experience of which most recently you have been operating in a lead or senior capacity- Capacity/Aspirations to lead a team and improve processes- Detailed knowledge of application architecture and design- OOD and MVC understanding - Continuous Integration

You will benefit from a competitive starting salary between £50,000-£65,000 (dependent on your experience) as well as a company benefits such as profit share. As well as that there will be scope there to become a key decision maker in the business as you will play a pivotal part in the expansion of the team over the coming year.
