2nd Line Support Engineer - West London - Client Facing - up to £35k

My client is a well-established MSP based in West London, who are currently growing out several of their tech team across the UK.

They are looking for a confident support professional with experience supporting on a service desk, desktop support and client site visits. You will need an understanding with network, Telephony and Desktop administration.

Key Responsibilities:- Complete understanding of Office 365, and windows applications- Flexible of working on client site and in the west London office- Administration of network fundamentals - Wireless knowledge, Meraki- 365 User Accounts / Exchange- LAN/WAN

Beneficial:- VoIP- SAN- Azure
