2nd Line Support Engineer - Hertfordshire - £32k
Our client, a well-established MSP based in West Hertfordshire are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to come in and join their team on a permanent basis. Recently, they have picked up a few new clients - it's a great time to join the business.
You will initially be based on the Service Desk in their offices to provide remote support to their clients. Eventually, you will work towards becoming client-facing - site visits will be on an ad-hoc basis depending on client demand.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Windows 7 and Windows 10
* Windows Server 2008 onwards
* Active Directory
* Office 365
* Basic Network understanding
Coming from a client-facing or Managed Service (MSP) background is beneficial.
