Technical Support Manager - (£50K - £60K)
I know were living through uncertain times and you may not be looking to move. I'm looking for a Technical Support Manager to join a rapidly growing Tech led Firm in London. They address real - world commercial challanges and have recently partnered with global brands hence why they are hiring across the board. You will be working closely with the clients customers to provide support in several technical aspects of their product. The Technical Support Manager plays a key role within our team by owning and managing the service support team.
Your application will only be considered if you have worked in a SAAS and startup environment - this role will start off remotely till further notice!
You will be liasing with key stakeholders and resolving technical field issues. This is a hands on role as well as managing two people.
- 5+ years of Technical Support Management/Application Support
- Education in Computer Science or relevant technical discipline
- Worked in a start up or fintech company
- Liasing with clients
- Problem solving
- Some management experience
