Onezeero are working with a leading British brand based in Wigan. We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to come and join the growing support team.
Your daily responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth handling of incidents that come into the service desk. You must be able to manage a high volume of queries that come in via telephone, email and the ticketing system.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in IT, whilst current IT experience is helpful we are looking for candidate who have a strong desire to learn and can adapt quickly.
To be a successful candidate you must have previous experience in most of the following areas:
- Understanding of Office 365
- Familiar with Windows Environments (OS 7-10 & Server 2008-2019)
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Strong communication skills
