How it works
We will provide you with a dedicated Business Partner, who will design and manage your Apprenticeship Activation Programme. Your Business Partner will manage your Apprenticeship Service Account with HMRC, and design a programme that will meet your current and future skills requirements.

What is an Apprenticeship in this context?
An apprenticeship is a way for anyone over the age of 16 to combine working and studying to gain skills and knowledge in a specific job. Common apprenticeships that professional organisations offer include: Business Administration, Customer Service, Accounting, Engineering, IT, and Telecommunications.
How can my existing staff benefit if they don't want to do a full apprenticeship?
The Levy can also be claimed back for upskilling current employees. This does not mean they have to complete a full apprenticeship. There are more focused courses available within multiple disciplines.
How is the training delivered?
We have a range of different delivery models available through our established partner organisations or utilising your own internal structures and partners.
Can courses be tailored to our business?
Yes. Everything is tailored to your needs and specific skillsets.
Who will manage the services?
You will have a dedicated Business Partner, who will manage all aspects of your Apprenticeship Scheme.
What does the Business Partner do?
They will implement and co-ordinate your Apprenticeship programme, using our established model to deliver valuable training and development to your staff and newly recruited apprentices and allow you to claim the Levy back.
