Are you a UX Designer looking to deliver a world class user experience as part of an award winning digital team? Are you passionate about qualitative and quantitative research methods?
onezeero is working with a leading ecommerce business based in Hessle, East Yorkshire, who are adding to their experience team by recruiting a UX Designer.
The UX designers role is to discover the needs of users of the digital estate (products, websites, apps and internal software), recognising their behaviour and contributing to a UX strategy that enables the business to achieve its ambitious goals as easily as possible.
Working closely with the Design, Product and Technical Development teams you will help deliver the design of these products across all platforms. They are passionate about developing a design centre of excellence and you will be a key part of this and advocate UX best practise in the broader organisation.
Key Skills and Knowledge areas:
* Expert knowledge of qualitative UX research methods such as usability testing, card sorting, contextual research, paper prototyping.* Expert knowledge of quantitative UX research methods such as A/B testing, Google analytics.* Deep understanding of user journeys, user experience and user-centered design* A strong understanding of interaction design and usability principles* A strong understanding of a 'mobile first' design approach
The role is based from modern offices in Hessle and comes with a competitive salary c£35,000 and some excellent company benefits including Flexible owkring hours around core hours of 9.30-4pm, bonus, contributory Pension, Company paid Healthcare and free daily Fruit, refreshments and snacks.
